Person-Centred Counselling
in London and online

Have events and changes in recent years left you feeling overwhelmed, powerless or anxious? You are not alone. Counselling can be an invaluable opportunity to give space and time to yourself, connect with what matters to you and find new perspectives.

As an experienced person-centred counsellor I offer a supportive space for you to speak about things that may be difficult to voice, to reconnect with your emotions, and to explore your feelings and thoughts with someone who is not part of your day-to-day life.

I work with clients online and in London NW5.

Services I offer

Person-Centred Counselling
Specialist Bereavement and Loss Counselling
Counselling in English and German

Life has ups and downs and most of the time we cope well, adapt and get on with things.

And then there are times when "getting on with things" starts to feel difficult. Thoughts or worries might keep us awake at night. Relationships at home or at work may change and it may not feel quite possible to put a finger on what it is that has changed. Situations that felt like welcome challenges in the past may start to feel like mountains that are impossible to climb.

Why person-centred counselling?

Person-centred counselling is a tried and tested counselling modality that has supported clients on their journey of getting to know themselves and becoming all that they can be for more than 70 years. As a person-centred counsellor, I will walk alongside you and support you on your journey with curiosity, patience and authenticity.

If you are interested in learning more about how counselling could help you, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.
