COUNSELLING & THERAPY

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”

WELCOME
I imagine you've come here because things are feeling tough for you right now. You may feel that talking to a friend or family is not an option or simply not enough. It’s not always easy to go it alone, and counselling can be a space to reflect on what you're experiencing with a person who is not part of your everyday life.
My approach is grounded in compassion, honesty, and acceptance. I offer a confidential space where you can talk openly and feel truly heard.

This could be a place to reflect on how your life has shaped you, think about where you're headed, or work through difficult memories that feel too painful or overwhelming to face alone.

Counselling can be short-term, focusing on something immediate, like a bereavement or unexpected life event, or a longer exploration to reconnect with yourself and what matters most.

If you’re wondering whether counselling might be for you, please take your time to explore my website.
I look forward to hearing from you when you feel ready to have an initial conversation or book a first session.

Warmly,

Michaela
