COUNSELLING & THERAPY

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
CARL ROGERS
WELCOME
I imagine you've come here because things are feeling tough for you right now. You may feel that talking to a friend or family is not an option or simply not enough. It’s not always easy to go it alone, and counselling can be a space to reflect on what you're experiencing with a person who is not part of your everyday life.
Whether you are looking to reflect on how your life has shaped you or work through difficult memories that feel too painful or overwhelming, I offer a confidential space grounded in compassion, honesty and acceptance where you can talk openly and feel truly heard.
Counselling can be short-term, focusing on something immediate, like a bereavement or unexpected life event, or longer term creating a space for a deeper exploration of what's troubling you.
If you’re wondering whether counselling might be for you, please take your time to explore my website.
I look forward to hearing from you when you feel ready.
Warmly,
Michaela
